Google User Data
Data Accessed
100x.bot accesses only Google user data authorized by the user through OAuth scopes. Depending on the user's connected integration and request, this may include Google account/profile data and Google Workspace data such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, or other Google API data covered by the approved scopes.
Data Usage
100x.bot uses Google user data only to complete user-requested tasks. Google data is accessed only after the user connects their Google account and asks 100x.bot to perform a task requiring Google API access. Retrieved Google data may become part of the active chat/task context so the assistant and configured LLM provider can decide the next user-directed tool call. 100x.bot does not use Google user data for advertising, resale, profiling, or training our own models.
Data Sharing
100x.bot does not sell Google user data. Google user data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the requested workflow, such as cloud hosting, secure backend infrastructure, and LLM/API providers used to process the user's request.
Data Storage and Protection
OAuth tokens and connection credentials are stored securely in the backend credential/token store and protected with access controls and encryption where applicable. Google API data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is limited to systems required to perform the user-requested action.
Data Retention and Deletion
Google connection tokens are retained only while the user keeps the integration connected. Users can disconnect Google integrations to revoke/remove stored tokens. Task/chat records may contain outputs or summaries generated from Google data. Users can request deletion of account data, chat/task data, and stored connection tokens by contacting privacy@100x.bot.
